摘　　要：以某雷达射频模块为例,介绍基于ATEasy的自动测试程序开发技术。ATEasy软件在发达国家国防领域有重要应用,而在国内使用者甚少。以其为自动测试程序开发平台,程序开发简易、便捷、灵活,程序的可读性、可重用性强,对仪表更新换代兼容性好,并且支持故障诊断。Taking a radar RF module as an example,introduces the development of an automatic test program based on ATEasy.ATEasy software has a wide use in national defence in developed countries,but is seldom used in domestic defence.As an automatic test program development platform,its development is easy,convenient and flexible,and has strong readability and reusability,good compatibility for instrument update,and it supports fault diagnosis well.
