摘　　要：公益诉讼是目前法学界正在讨论的一个热点问题,其对维护社会公共利益具有极其重要的意义。农村集体资产流失也是一个影响农村发展和稳定的重大问题,但是从法学的角度对其进行研究和探讨的文章不多。笔者提出了通过建立公益诉讼制度救济农村集体资产流失的观点,希望能抛砖引玉。Public interest litigation is a hot issue who is being discussed in legal circles,there is the utmost importance to the maintaining on public interest.Rural collective assets？running is also a major problem affecting rural development and stability,but the thesis is few from the law perspective to study and explore it.The author proposed view on relief of rural collective assets through the establishment of public interest litigation system,hoping to inspire others to propose better ideas.
