摘 要:研制了采用双质量飞轮的传动轴系扭振特性测试试验台;介绍了试验台的模拟方法和设计原则;利用该试验台对轴系扭振特性进行了测试。试验结果表明,该试验台设计合理,能够较好地模拟传动轴系的振动特性,可用于验证双质量飞轮传动轴系扭振的研究机理。A torsional vibration test-bed was developed to simulate the torsional vibration of the transmission shaft in which dual mass flywheel was used.The simulating method and design principle of the shaft train to be tested on the bed were described.The shaft torsional vibration had been tested on the bed.Experimental results showed that the test-bed had been designed reasonably and could be used to verify the torsional vibration of the transmission shaft which used the dual mass flywheel dynamic stimulation program.And the test-bed could also be used to study the mechanism of the shaft torsional vibration.
