摘  要:目的:比较黄芩不同提取物对耐氟康唑白色念珠菌标准株及都柏林念珠菌的体外抑菌效果。方法:制备黄芩乙醇提取液及水煎液,采用琼脂扩散法及试管对倍稀释法对耐氟康唑白色念珠菌标准株及都柏林念珠菌进行体外抑菌试验,测定抑菌圈直径及最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:对耐氟康唑白色念珠菌标准株,乙醇提取液及水煎液的抑菌圈直径(mm)分别是:28,34;MIC(mg/mL)分别是:125~62.5,7.8~15.6。对都柏林念珠菌,乙醇提取液及水煎液的抑菌圈直径(mm)均为32;MIC(mg/mL)均为62.5~31.25。结论:黄芩乙醇提取液及水煎液对耐氟康唑白念珠菌标准株及都柏林念珠菌具有很好的抑菌效果。对耐氟康唑白色念珠菌标准株,水煎液抑菌效果优于乙醇提取液。对都柏林念珠菌,两种提取液抑菌效果无明显差别。Objective : To study the bacteriostatic effect of two kinds of extraction of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi against Fluconazole - resistant Candida albicans and Candida dubliniensis. Methods : Prepare ethanol extraction and water extrac- tion of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi , Agar plate diffusion and broth double dilution of the drug were used for the bacteri- ostatic experiment against 2 kinds of fungal above. Measure each zone of inhibition and minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC). Results: The diameter of bacteriostatic circle and MIC of water extraction of Seutellaria baicalensis Georgi against Fluconazole-resistant Candida albieans were 34 mm ,7.8 -15.6 mg/mL. The diameter of bacteriostatie circle and MIC of ethanol extraction were 28ram, 62.5 -125 mg/mL. Against Candida duhliniensis. The diameter of baeteriostatie circle and MIC of 2 kind of extraction both were 32mm, 31.25 - 62.5 mg/mL. Conclusion: The two kinds of extraction of Scutellaria baiealensis Georgi against Fluconazole- resistant Candida albieans and Candida dubliniensis acquired good bacteriostatic effect. To Flueonazole-resistant Candida albicans, the water extraction has better effect, but to Candida dub- liniensis, they have the same effect.
