摘 要:为满足客户的个性化需求,通过改变原有变异基模型结构实现产品变异设计,将已有的移植结构单元导入实体进行移植搭接,给出了搭接后实体结构间的约束重建方法。根据内部约束关系提取出设计结构矩阵,通过调整生长关系与结构约束进行设计结构矩阵的变换,进一步利用全过程关联的设计结构矩阵引导变异设计。实现了一种面向产品变异设计的多粒度结构单元约束重建,在UG环境中利用VC6.0工具进行了二次开发,针对注塑机关键零部件给出了设计实例。To satisfy diversified customers' requirements and achieve innovative design,product variant design was realized by changing the original structure of the variation base model. The existing Transplantable Structural Unit (TSU) was transplanted into entity,and a method to reconstruct the constraints among structures of the new entity after joining the two parts together was given. Design Structure Matrix (DSM) was extracted from constraint relationship among structures,then the DSM was transformed by adjusting the growing relationship and structures constraint,so as to guide variant design. Multi-granularity structural unit constraint reconstruction oriented to product variant design was finally realized. Secondary development was conducted by using VC6.0 under the UG environment,and an example of the key components design of injection molding machine was also provided.
