企业短期化行为成因探析

摘　　要：短期化行为是跨期决策中较为常见的现象,但其却会对企业长期发展及利益相关者带来重大影响。当前,世界经济正处于复杂多变的后危机时代,作为公司治理和战略管理领域的重要课题——短期化行为研究具有强烈的现实意义。本文从短期化行为概念、短期化行为在我国的表现、企业短期化行为成因等方面对国内外已有研究进行梳理和评述,并探讨了企业短期化行为的未来研究方向。Short-term behavior is a common phenomenon in managers＇ intertemporal tradeoff decisions.At the same time,it will bring fatal influence on stakeholders and enterprises＇ long-term development.Now,the world economy is in complicated post-crisis era.As an important study of the area of corporate governance and strategy management,short-term behavior has its intense practical significance.It builds a systematic review,which includes native and foreign studies of the concept of short-term behavior,the evidence of short-term behavior in our country,and root causes of enterprises＇ short-term behavior.And we also discuss the future direction of this study.
