摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的临床病理特征及免疫组化表型。方法:分析5例SPTP的临床病理资料及免疫组化结果。结果:5例患者均为女性,平均年龄26岁(10岁～36岁),瘤体平均直径6.0cm,瘤细胞围绕纤细轴心形成特征性的假乳头状结构,细胞形态一致,异性不明显。Vim、AE1/AE3、CD10、CD56、Syn、AAT、ACT、PR、CD117、β-Catenin均阳性,ER、E-Cadher-in、CgA阴性。结论:SPTP是好发于年轻女性的低度恶性潜能的少见肿瘤,确诊需依赖病理组织学检查,手术切除是治疗本病的良好方法。Objective：To observe pathological and immunohistochemical phenotype feature of the solid pancreas - pseudo - papillary tumor. Methods： The clinical materials of 5 cases of solid pseudo - papillary tumor of pancreas （women, aged 19 to 36 years） underwent surgical excised and pathological observation, and their serum level of CA199,CA125,CEA and AFP was normal between March 1998 and Dec. 2009, was retrospectively assessed. Resuits： The mean diameter of tumors was 6 cm, and the histological structure of tumor shows pseudo - papillary with fibro- vascular core. The tumor cells＇ shape was not heterosexual and consistent. Positive vimentin, AE1/AE3 , CD10, CD56, Syn, AAT, ACT, PR,CD117 and β -Catenin, as well as negative ER, E -Cadherin and CgA were found in all cases. Conclusions： Solid pseudo - papillary tumor of pancreas is a tumor that predominantly occurs in young women, and the diagnosis must is determined.
