摘　　要：本文将企业定义为资源集合,从企业资源(业务)流程体系出发建立企业财务模型,推导出企业期间利润由自由现金流和经营性净资产的变化构成,并以此为基础贯通产品市场和金融市场信息,从而使企业产品—价格内生化,并导出了企业战略决策支持的财务模型。This paper constructs financial model of firm based on the logistical system and points out that earnings of firm in specific period consist of free cash flow and changes in operation capital of the firm, based on which this paper has deduced strategy decision equa- tion of the firm which bridges financial model of firm and strategy decision variables. Strategy decision equation provides benchmark for strategic decision of the firm.
