摘 要:复杂对象的温度控制是控制领域中研究的热点问题,近年来,出现了许多将智能控制融入到PID控制的改进方案。为满足高品质的控制要求,在混合型模糊PID控制器的基础上,增加一个模糊变积分环节,从而构成模糊变积分参数的模糊PID控制器。通过变积分规则库实现对积分参数的实时在线调节,间接调整了控制器的模糊控制规则,有效改善了系统的控制性能。实验研究表明系统的鲁棒性和自适应能力很强。应用结果表明该控制方案的控制品质优于常规混合型模糊PID控制器,可推广到需要技术升级的温控场合。The temperature control of complex objects is a research hotspot in the control field.In recent years,many improved schemes which integrated the intelligent control into the PID control have appeared.To meet the requirement of high quality control,a fuzzy PID controller of fuzzy variable integral parameters is constituted on the basis of the composite fuzzy PID controller with the addition of a fuzzy variable integral section.It realizes real-time online adjustment of integral parameters through variable integral rule library,indirectly adjusts the fuzzy control rules of the controller and effectively improves the control performance of the system.The experiment results show that the system has strong robustness and adaptive capacity.Application results show that the control quality of this control scheme is better than that of the conventional composite fuzzy PID controller,and could be extended to temperature control occasions needing technical upgrading.
