摘　　要：青少年时期是形成健全人格的关键时期。好读书、读好书,是形成良好人格素质的指向灯;自我教育,是形成良好人格素质的决定因素;耐性教育是形成良好人格素质的重要保障。对青少年良好人格素质的培养,既是青少年心理健康发展的需要,也适应社会发展与现代化发展的需求。Adolescence is the key period for one＇s formation of regular personality.Enjoying reading and reading fine books can lead young people to achieve this goal;Self-education is the key factor and patience education is the insurance of the formation of advanced personality.In order to meet the demands of adolescents＇ mental health and social development and modernization,we must give some attention to the development of adolescents＇ advanced personality.
