摘　　要：目的探讨埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)、转化因子-β1蛋白(TGF-β1)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况及临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色S-P法检测57例鼻咽癌组织及30例癌旁组织Ezrin、TGF-β1蛋白的表达水平。结果 (1)Ezrin阳性≥50岁组显著高于40～49岁组及≤39岁组(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移组阳性率高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。(2)有淋巴结转移组TGF-β1阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。Ezrin和TGF-β1在鼻咽癌组织表达,两者无显著相关性(r=0.074,P=0.585)。结论 Ezrin和TGF-β1蛋白表达与鼻咽癌淋巴结转移有关,可作为评价预后的指标。Objective To investigate the expression of the Ezrin and TGF-β1 proteins and their clinical and pathological significance in primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.MethodsThe expression of Ezrin and TGF-β1 proteins in 57 specimens of NPC and 30 noncancerous tissues were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry.Results（1）The positive rates of Ezrin in the ≥50 years group was significantly higher than those of 40-50 years group and ≤39 years group（P0.05）,Ezrin positive expression of metastatic lymph nodes group was significantly higher than that of no lymph node metastasis group（P0.05）.（2）TGF-β1 positive expression of metastatic lymph nodes group was significantly higher than that of no lymph node metastasis group（P0.05）.（3）There was no significant correlation between Ezrin and TGF-β1 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（r=0.074,P=0.585）.ConclusionThe expression of Ezrin and TGF-β1 may promote lymph node metastasis in NPC.It can be used as evaluation index of prognosis.
