山茱萸中马钱素标准品的制备研究

摘　　要：目的测定山茱萸药材中马钱素的含量,以控制其产品质量。方法将山茱萸药材的95%乙醇提取物利用大孔吸附树脂富集、硅胶柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱法分离纯化,通过13CNMR波谱学方法对其分离产物进行结构鉴定,确定化合物结构,同时用归一化法定量。结果质量分数均大于98%。结论此方法简便可行,所得马钱素可作为中药定性、定量分析使用的对照品。Objective In order to determine the content of loganin in Fructus Corni.and control the quality of products.Methods Loganin was isolated and purified by macroporous resin,silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC.The chemical structure of loganin was identified by13CNMR.Result The purity of loganin was higher than 98% by normalization method of HPLC.Conclusion The method is simple and practicable,by which loganin can be used as reference substance for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Chinese herbal medicine.
