摘　　要：根据三电平逆变器主电路功率开关多,驱动信号不能共地的特点,本文设计一种利用光耦隔离驱动功率开关器件的驱动保护电路,降低电磁干扰,并在过流等异常情况下实时保护功率开关器件。On the facts that there are a lot of switches in the main circuit of three-level inverter and the driving signal can＇t use one ground,a light-coupled isolation protection driving circuit is proposed,which can reduce the electromagnetic interference and also can protect the power electronics when abnormity phenomenon such as excessive current appears.
