摘 要:从自然界中寻找活性先导化合物,再进行结构修饰,以提高化合物的活性和降低毒性是目前创新药物的重要思路之一。豆腐果苷是从山龙眼科萝卜树的果实中提取的活性单体化合物,药理实验表明:它具有止痛、镇静、安眠、抗抑郁等药理活性作用,是一种具有开发潜力的先导化合物。综述了近五年来豆腐果苷衍生物的合成及药理活性的研究概况。In order to improve the activity and reduce the toxicity of chemical compounds,the search for lead compounds with biological activity existing in the nature and modification of their structures are important means for innovations in creating new drugs.Helicid was originally isolated as one of the main active constituents from Helicid nilgrinica Bedd,an indigenous plant growing in western China,which has been used clinically as an antalgesic,sedative,hypnotic,and anti-depressive agent for a long time in China.In this paper a brief introduction of the recent progresses in pharmacological activities and the synthesis of helicid derivatives were referred to.
