摘  要:采用文献资料法,从社会学角度解读世界蛙王教练平井伯昌独特的育人理念。分析认为,平井教练注重以人为本的师徒共处原则,将运动员的人格塑造放在首位,尽最大努力发挥运动员的主观能动性,使之达到精神境界和技术境界的巅峰。他的育人理念对于成功培养原本不属于游泳天才的北岛康介起到了至关重要的作用,学习和借鉴平井的育人理念,有助于树立培养运动员的长远目标和转变传统的训练思想。This paper employs literature review to interpret the unique talent-cultivating philosophy of world champion breast-stroke coach Norimisa Hirai from the sociological persepctive.It is maintained that he attaches importance to the people-based principle,gives priority to athletic character shaping and makes utmost efforts to bring into play athletic initiative so that athletes can reach the psychological and technical summit.His talent-cultivating philosophy plays a crucial role in successfully training Kosuke Kitajima.It is helpful to establish the long-tern training goal and change the traditional training philosophy for us to learn from his talent-cultivating philosophy.
