摘  要:转光剂能吸收紫外光发射可见光,可用于纺织品防紫外整理.研究了稀土有机配合物转光剂用于纺织品防紫外整理的可行性,测试了转光剂的光转换功能及采用转光剂整理后纺织品的防紫外效果.结果表明:稀土有机配合物转光剂能吸收300~360nm紫外光,发射红、黄光.用10 g/L转光剂对棉织物进行浸轧整理后,薄棉织物的UPF值提高近10倍,厚棉织物的UPF值超过500,UVA、UVB透过率的衰减率超过86.2%,具有良好的防紫外效果.Light conversion agent could absorb ultraviolet light and emitted visible light,accordingly it could be applied in anti-UV finishing of textile.The feasibility of the rare earth organic complex light conversion agent for anti-UV finishing of textile was studied.The light conversion function of the light conversion agent was tested,and the unti-UV effect of light conversion agent finishing textile was measured.The results showed that the rare earth organic complex light conversion agent could absorb 300~360 nm of ultraviolet light,and transmit red and yellow light.The fabric was dip-padded with 10 g/L of light conversion agent,and the UPF value of the treated thin cotton fabric was enhanced 10 times,and the UPF value of heavy cotton fabric was above 500,the decay rate of the transmittance for UVA and UVB were over 86.2%,which indicated the light conversion agent had good anti-UV finishing effect.
