摘　　要：工学结合背景下的高职教育教学改革新特点为高职院校学生勤工助学工作的推进提供了较好的发展契机。针对目前勤工助学工作存在的问题,从理念更新、结构调整、管理方法改进等方面就如何创新勤工助学管理模式进行了思考,以期对构建高职院校勤工助学管理模式发挥积极的推动作用。New features of higher vocational education in the context of working-learning integration provides an oppunity for the promotion of work-study program.Directing at the existing problems,the paper discussed how to innovate work-study management mode from the perspectives of awareness update,structure reconstruction and the improvement of management methods in the hope of playing an active role in building work-study program management mode.
