红景天对鼻咽癌同步放化疗期内患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的初步探讨口服红景天对鼻咽癌同步放化疗期内生存质量的影响。方法收集广州医学院附属肿瘤医院放疗科26例局部中晚期鼻咽癌患者,年龄24～65岁,中位年龄43岁。26例随机分成研究组和对照组(分别为14和12例),两组患者均行同期放化疗:鼻咽剂量68～80Gy,颈区剂量60～70Gy(每次2.0～2.19Gy),每周5次;同期化疗采用以铂类为基础方案。研究组口服红景天胶囊,每次500mg,每天3次,自同步放化疗第1天起直至放疗结束。采用EORTCQLQ-C30(V3.0)中文版生命质量表评价患者生存质量,选取时间点为放疗前、4周时(即放疗中)及放疗末。结果研究组坚持口服红景天时间平均为3.4周。两组患者放化疗期内在躯体、角色、情绪、认识及社会功能,失眠、疼痛、食欲丧失及总健康共9个领域得分变化趋势存在统计学差异(p<0.05);两组在疲倦领域总体上得分变化趋势未见统计学差异(p>0.05),但在"放疗前～放疗中"段变化趋势存在统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论红景天于鼻咽癌同步放化疗期内服用,能有效提高患者生存质量,主要表现在反映主观感觉较多的躯体、角色、情绪、认识及社会功能,失眠,疼痛,食欲丧失,疲倦领域。Objective Studing preliminarily about the effection of Rhodiola rosea on the quality of life during the time of radiocbemotherapy in pateints with nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods We eoUected 26 patient with middle and advanced NPC（ without distant metabasls）. Their ages were from 24 to 65 years old. 26 patients were randomized to either study or control group （ 14 and 12 patients respectively）. All 26 patients received vadiochemotherapy ： Dt of nasopharynx and neck node were respectively 68 - 80 Gy and 60 -70 Gy,2. 0 -2. 19 Gy/F, 5F/week;and chemical scheme were on the base of platinum. Patients in study group took orally Rhodiola Rosea eapsule,500mg at one time and three times one day ,from the beginning to the end of radiation. Quality of life was appraised according to the scale of EORTC QLQ - C30 （ v 3. o, Chinses version）, three points of time were chosen ： before radiation,4 weeks later （ equal to the middle of radiation） and the end of radiation. Results Mean time of patients in study group taking orally Rhodiola rosea capsule was 3.4 weeks. During the time of radiochemotherapy, two groups had statistical difference of score - variation tendency in fields of body function,role function ,emotion function,cognition function,society function,sleeplessness,pain,appetite loss and total state of health （p 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups in the mass had no statistical difference of score - variation tendency in fields of tired- feeling（p 〉 0. 05 ） , but had statistical difference in the time- section of＂from the begining of radiation to 4 weeks later＂ （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Rhodiola rosea can enhance the quality of life during the time of radiochemotherapy in pateints with nasopha- ryngeal carcinoma, mainly displaying in fields of more reflecting about subjective feeling as include body function,role function,emotion function,cognition function,society function,sleeplessness,pain,appetite loss and tired -feeling.
