摘　　要：自古,婚约、彩礼的现象在我国就普遍存在,由此引发的社会问题更是层出不穷。通过界定婚约、彩礼的法律属性,分析我国目前婚约制度中存在的法律缺陷,提出了相关的完善措施。The phenomena of engagement、betrothal gifts have been existing in our country for long time,they also cause thousands of social problems.Based on defying the legal nature of engagement、betrothal gifts,analyzing the shortcomings of current legal systems,the author proposes some related improvement measures.
