摘 要:电弧炉是当今冶金领域最重要的炼钢设备之一,关于它的节能减耗成为人们日益关心的问题。而电弧炉炉况的准确判断对控制策略和供电曲线的制定有指导意义。因此本文针对电弧炉冶炼过程中的特点.采用一些间接的方法,如电弧电压、电弧电流、电能输入比、电极位置、冶炼时间等,对电弧炉的炉况进行判断。电弧炉炼钢的过程非常复杂,炉况间的区分界限不是很明显,所以本文建立了电弧炉炉况判断的模糊专家系统。通过模糊专家系统把几种不同的炉况判断方法综合起来,从而实现对电弧炉炉况的准确判断。在电弧炉,台炼过程中还可能会出现一些异常的状况,针对不同状况的特点要对模糊专家系统的加权矩阵做出相应的调整。对电弧炉炉况判断的模糊专家系统进行了仿真研究,验证了该方法的有效性。EAF is one of the most important steel-making equipments in the area of metallurgy. The problem of EAF energy saving and decreasing consumption is rising people's attention. Accurate assessment of EAF melting states can guide the formulation of the control strategy and power supply curve. Several indirect methods are adopted to assess the melting states of EAF according to the characteristics of smelting process in the thesis, such as arc voltage, arc current, electric input rate, electrode's position and smelting time and so on. Since the EAF melting process is very complex and the difference among each melting state of EAF is not obvious, a fuzzy expert system for assessing EAF melting states is established in this thesis. Several different methods are combined to get more accurate assessment of EAF melting states through the fuzzy expert system. Because there are also some abnormal situations in the smelting process, the weight matrix of the fuzzy expert system should be adjusted according to relevant situations. The simulation results prove the validity of the proposed method.
