摘  要:以新铁炮百合沈香一号(Lilium formolongi cv.Shenxiang No.1)的幼胚为试材,筛选适宜百合幼胚萌发的诱导培养基,结果表明,适宜的诱导培养基为1/2MS,萌发时间在接种后的22~43d之间。6-BA和NAA的浓度比与新铁炮百合幼胚的发芽率之间呈现出显著的相关性,在一定范围内,6-BA和NAA的浓度比越大,胚的萌发率越低。试验筛选出适宜新铁炮百合胚分化不定芽的诱导培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L及MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.4mg/L。新铁炮百合试管苗易出现玻璃化现象,玻璃化程度与培养基的水势、环境湿度和外源激素的浓度有关。The immature embryos of Lilium formolongi cv.Shenxiang No.1 were cultured in the study.Results indicated that the best sprouting medium of the immature embryo was 1/2MS and the germination time was between 22 to 43 days after inoculation.A negative correlation was found between the germination percentage and the concentration ratio of 6-BA and NAA within limits.MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was good for adventitious buds,while MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L and MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L was beneficial to propagation efficiency in a long run.There was a high degree of vitrifaction in the lily plantlets after subculture,which was influenced by water potential,environmental humidity and the concentration of exogenous hormone.
