摘  要:选用枯草芽孢杆菌、硝化细菌和光合细菌为试验材料,研究其在单一和复合使用的情况下对鱼塘养殖污水的净化作用。试验结果表明,3类菌单一使用对养殖污水的COD、总磷和氨氮都有一定的净化效果。3类菌同时使用对COD和总磷的去除效率最高,分别为95.7%和65.8%,单独使用硝化细菌对氨氮的去除效果最好,去除率为43.0%。Bacillus subtilis, nitrobacteria and photosynthetic bacterium were selected to treat with aquaculture sewage separately and together. The results showed all of them could reduce the contents of COD, total phosphate and NH3-N. However, the highest efficiencies of decreasing COD and total phosphate were observed with the combined treatments of three kinds of bacteria. The decreasing rates of COD and total phosphate were 95.7% and 65.8% respectively. The best elimination effect of NH3-N, which reached 43.0%, was obtained by treating with single nitrobacteria.
