摘 要:通过文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,在分析球迷组织管理研究现状的基础上,探讨将心理契约理论引入球迷组织管理的意义。以球迷组织管理的特点和心理契约理论的特点分析为重点,构建基于心理契约的球迷组织管理策略。研究表明:构建球迷与俱乐部、球迷之间的心理契约能够有效提升球迷组织的管理绩效。主要策略包括:以人为本,建立球迷组织的共同愿景;通过互动,加强球迷组织的开放性,保持有效的沟通;以激励为导向,引导球迷的行为;通过心理契约规范球迷组织的运作。提出了在心理契约建立、调整和实现三个阶段的关键环节及管理方法。Through the document data review,expert interviews and other research methods and based on the analysis of the current research on the fans organization management,this paper explores the significance of introducing the psychological contract theory to the fans.Focusing on the characteristics of the fans organizational management and the psychological contract theory,the paper proposes the football fans organization management strategies based on the psychological contract.The research shows that building the psychological contract between the fans and the club and among the fans can effectively enhance the organization's management performance.The main strategies include putting people first,establishing a common vision in the football fan organizations,maintaining effective communication and openness through interaction,and guiding the fans behavior by encouragement and standardizing the working of the fans organization by the psychological contract specifications.The paper also puts forward the key link and ways in the establishment,adjustment and realization of the psychological contract.
