摘 要:战略执行是把决策转化为具体行动并最终实现战略目标的过程,如何促使战略有效执行越来越受到理论界和企业界的重视。然而,由于相关研究尚未系统和深入,缺乏理论指导的战略执行实践障碍重重。文章对企业战略执行过程中沟通、人力资源、组织架构、资源分配、反馈等主要障碍进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策,对执行的实践具有一定的现实意义。Strategy execution is the process which aims to translate decisions into concrete actions and achieve strategic objectives ultimately.How to promote the effective strategy execution has been given more and more attention in theoretical and business fields.However,the relative studies have not been systematic and profound yet,strategy execution has met a lot of obstacles in practice because of lack of theoretical guidance.This paper focuses on the main obstacles of communication,human resources,organizational structure,resource allocation and feedback in the process of strategy execution and put forwards corresponding countermeasures,which may have some significance to guide the practice of strategy execution.
