摘　　要：临终关怀,一种理性照护生命终端的方式在国外已经被广泛开展,而在中国推广却是步履维艰。传统孝道观以及医务人员的现有医道观等是阻碍其推广的主要因素,由此社会伦理环境的改变是破解临终关怀开展困境的必由之路。Hospice care is a rational way of terminal life-caring, and it has been operated commonly in foreign countries, but walking difficultly in China as the result of the traditional filial piety and medical moral system. The change of social ethical environment is the important way to develop hospice care smoothly.
