摘　　要：心理健康评估是健康心理学研究领域的重要课题。心理健康标准并不是对心理结构的静态的描述性说明。心理健康标准的评估问题,应当从人类实践活动过程所形成的功能性关系之中去寻找;要依据一定历史条件下个体生命活动的具体形式来考察,而且评估要从个体的整个生命活动系统出发来进行。The appraisal of mental health is an important project in Health Psychology.And the criterion of mental health is not the static description of mental structure,it should be sought among the relations formed in the process of human activities,and examined and judged according to the concrete form of the individual life activities under a certain historical condition.Furthermore,the appraisal of mental health ought to be carried out on the basis of whole system of individual life activities.
