摘  要:目的:探讨水通道蛋白1(AQP1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法对30例宫颈癌、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变及10例正常宫颈组织中AQP1和VEGF的表达进行检测。结果:AQP1和VEGF在宫颈癌组的表达高于宫颈上皮内瘤变组及对照组,3组之间差异有统计学意义;AQP1和VEGF的表达与宫颈癌病理分级及淋巴结转移相关,组织分化程度越差,二者的表达越高;在有淋巴结转移组中二者的表达高于无淋巴结转移组;不同临床分期、组织分型以及肿瘤大小宫颈癌组中AQP1和VEGF的表达均无显著统计学差异;二者的表达存在正相关。结论:宫颈癌组织中AQP1和VEGF呈高表达,提示2个因子在宫颈癌的发生、发展过程中起促进癌细胞生长、转移和血管生成的作用。Objective:To investigate the expression of aquaporin-1(AQP-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and their relationship in cervical carcinoma.Methods: Immunohistochemical streptavidin-perosidase(SP) method was used to detect the expressions of AQP-1 and VEGF in 30 cases of cervical carcinoma,20 of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and 10 of normal tissues.Results: AQP-1 and VEGF were highly expressed in the cervical carcinoma group as compared with the cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and controls,with statistical different among the three groups.Also,the expression of AQP-1 and VEGF appeared associated with pathological grading and lymph node metastasis,and lower tumor differentiation could lead to stronger AQP-1 and VEGF expression.In cases of lymph node metastasis,AQP-1 and VEGF expression were stronger than those of absence of metastasis.Yet,no significant difference was found in terms of clinical staging,histological type and tumor sizes concerning the expression of AQP-1 and VEGF,which was positively correlated between AQP-1 and VEGF.Conclusion: The higher expression of AQP-1 and VEGF in cervical cancer suggest that the two factors may play an important role in the cell growth,metastasis and angiogenesis of this carcinoma.
