对组建高校资产管理公司的思考

摘　　要：对高校校办产业加强统一管理,优化学校资源配置,防止国有资产流失,提高经济效益,同时为学校的教学和科研提供服务具有重要意义。通过组建资产管理公司的办法重新整合现有校办产业,实行公司化统一管理,独立经营,以谋求校办产业更大的发展,同时更好地为学校服务。It＇s valuable to discuss how to reinforce the management of the school-based enterprises,to optimize the allocation of resources,to prevent loss of state-owned assets,to improve economic performance and provide service to teaching and scientific research.In this article,these will be resolved by establishing asset management company.This will help to reengineer the current college-based industry and make a great development by operating independently and managing uniformly in order that asset management company can serve better to universities.
