摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对西安高校公共健美操选项课学生进行调查,从认知水平、学习内容、考核标准等方面研究公共健美操选项课学生学习的现状及影响学习现状的因素,结合高校实际情况,探究提高学生学习质量的途径。为推进高校健美操选项课教学提供理论依据。The paper investigates the college students who take the public calisthenics as an elective course and makes researches on the current study situation of those students and the factors that influence the study situation from the aspects of perception level,learning content and assessing standard.Combining with the fact of universities,it explores the methods to improve the study quality of the students and provides theoretical basis to push forward the teaching of public calisthenics in colleges and universities.
