摘 要:提出了大、小2个涡轮增压器的三级相继增压系统,并基于Simuengine建立了该增压系统的仿真模型,以D6114柴油机为基础对仿真模型进行了验证,仿真结果与试验结果能够较好地吻合;对提高平均有效压力的D6114柴油机进行了相继增压的仿真研究,结果表明,与两级相继增压系统相比,在中低转速时,三级相继增压系统的油耗明显降低,供气性能优于两级相继增压系统;对D6114柴油机应用三级相继增压时变转速和定转速情况下的切换规律进行了研究,研究表明,与变转速切换规律相比,在切换点附近,固定转速的切换规律油耗升高不大,故可以应用固定转速切换规律。This paper puts forward a new three stage sequential turbo charging system based on a small and a big turbocharger. The simulation model of the three stage sequential turbo charging system has been built on the basis of Simuengine. The verification of the model was done on a D6114 diesel engine, and the experiments indicate that the model was in good accordance to the real diesel engine. The simulation study of the sequential turbo charging on D6114 diesel engine was done after the increase of average effective pressure. The results indicate that three stages sequential turbo charging performs low fuel consumption and good air supply for modified D6114 engine in middle and low speed rang. A study for the shifting rule with constant engine speed and a rule with non-constant engine speed was carried out, and the results indicate that in the vicinity of the shifting points, there is no obvious different for fuel consumption with the two shifting rules, and a constant speed shifting rule can be used for modified D6114 engine. The research shows that comparing the fixed rev shifting regulation with changing rev shifting regulation, around the shifting point, the fuel consumption did not increase much, so the fixed rev shifting regulation can be put into use.
