摘　　要：经过十年左右的探索发展,新建地方本科院校办学规模不断扩大,经费来源和支出内容日趋复杂.本文对新建地方本科院校二级财务管理存在的问题和解决的对策措施进行探讨.After a decade of exploration and development,the new local colleges have been continuously expanding quickly,with complexity of funding sources and expenditure.The problems and countermeasures of secondary financial management in newly-established local universities are discussed in the paper.
