摘  要:目的:被动吸烟对小鼠胃肠道动力的影响。方法:采用正常环境小鼠和被动吸烟环境下的小鼠进行胃排空(甲基橙胃残留率)和肠道蠕动(炭末推进率)试验,观察小鼠在不同环境中胃肠道运动的结果。结果:浓度3.93%(烟碱含量)烟熏环境中的小鼠与较正常环境中小鼠的甲基橙胃残留率和炭末推进率均降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。浓度11.80%烟熏环境中的小鼠胃排空率低于7.87%烟熏环境的小鼠(P<0.05),7.87%烟熏环境的小鼠炭末推进率低于3.93%烟熏环境的小鼠(P<0.05)。结论:不同被动吸烟环境对小鼠胃肠道动力有抑制作用。Objective:Passive smoking on the mouse gastrointestinal motility function.Methods:The mice were normal environment and passive smoking environments mice gastric emptying(gastric residual rate of methyl orange),and intestinal peristalsis(forward rate of carbon at the end)test,the mice in different environments in the gastrointestinal tract results of the campaign.Results:Concentration of 3.93%(nicotine content,the same below)smoke in the environment the environment than normal mice and mice with gastric residual rate of methyl orange and the end of promoting the rate of carbon reduction,there is a significant difference(P〈0.05).11.80% concentration of smoke in the environment in mice gastric emptying rate of less than 7.87% smoke environment,mice(P〈0.05),7.87% smoked Environment at the end of the mouse charcoal smoke promote the rate of less than 3.93% of the mice with the environment(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Different passive smoking environment,the gastrointestinal tract of mice inhibited movement.
