摘　　要：很多医家皆谓麻黄连翘赤小豆汤只宜用于湿热内蕴兼表的诸证,文章将探讨本方的证治及组方思路并对本方证的临床病案举隅,认为麻黄连翘赤小豆汤能宣畅肺气,发散瘀热,故可运用于湿热内蕴而并不兼表的诸多病证中。For many ancient physicians,Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou decoction has been only considered for the treatment of interior retention of damp-heat with exterior syndromes.By the analyze of prescription combination mechanism,diagnosis and treatment mechanism and Clinical case observation,this article shows that Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou Decoction can be applied for the treatment of interior retention of damp-heat without exterior syndromes by dispersing lung-QI and expelling stagnation of heat.
