摘 要:将人工老化具有不同活力的闽楠种子作为实验材料,用不同浓度的VC和VB2溶液处理。结果表明:VC和VB2溶液处理能使老化的闽楠种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数及田间出苗率升高,而使闽楠种子浸出液的相对电导率降低,这些指标反映了种子活力的变化,说明VC和VB2溶液能恢复和提高闽楠种子的活力;VC和VB2溶液浓度达到500-700 mg/kg处理24 h,种子的活力最高,这一浓度是处理闽楠种子的最适浓度。By taking Phoebe bournei seeds as testing materials after artificially aged with different energy levels,the seeds and were treated with different concentrations of vitamin VC and VB2.The results indicate that the germination rate,germination potential,vigor index and germination rate in field were increased,and the relative conductivity of the leaching solution was decreased when the aged seeds of Phoebe bournei were treated with the solution of VC and VB2.These indexes indicate that the vigor of the aged seeds of Phoebe bournei increased.The value of vigor was the highest when the aged seeds of Phoebe bournei were treated with 500-700 mg/kg solution of VC and VB2 for 24 hours.
