摘 要:采用国产铝箔,在超声波辅助条件下,对铝箔进行交流腐蚀,研究了超声波辅助腐蚀对腐蚀箔比容和力学性能的影响。结果发现:当腐蚀箔保持率为1.63g/dm2,采用磁力搅拌的腐蚀箔比容只有71.8×10–6F/cm2,而采用超声波辅助腐蚀的腐蚀箔比容为79.4×10–6F/cm2,提高了10.6%,且抗拉强度提高约20%。The effects of ultrasonic-assisted stirring on the specific capacitance and mechanical properties of AC etched foils using domestic aluminum foils were studied. It is found that the specific capacitance etched with the assistance of ultrasonic is as high as 79.4×10–6 F/cm2, a 10.6% enhancement relative to that etched by magnetic stirring (71.8×10–6 F/cm2) when the aluminum hold in the etched foils is 1.63 g/dm2. Meanwhile, more than 20% increase on tensile strength is obtained on foils etched with ultrasonic stirring compared with that etched by magnetic stirring.
