特发性低促性腺激素性原发闭经68例诊治分析

摘　　要：本文研究了６８例ＩＨＨ性原发闭经患者的诊治情况。患者表现不同程度的第二性征发育差，血清激素ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ、Ｅ２、Ｐ分泌不足等。依病因诊断，先天鞍区发育不全５例（７５３％）、青春期前脑炎影响史３例（４４１％）、原因不明６０例（８８２４％）。将５７例已婚患者随机分为Ｃｈｈ治疗组与中药加Ｃｈｈ治疗组，治疗效果差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），其中前者妊娠５例（２３８％），后者妊娠１７例（４７２％）。说明在对该类患者明确诊断的情况下，及时合理的中西医结合治疗措施有助于患者性腺轴功能的恢复。The consulting situation of 68 cases in primary amenorrhea with IHH was explorded.These cases displayed hypoplasia of genitals and lower hormone of FSH、LH、E 2、P. The pathogeny among these cases was included that (1) 7.35% were complicated with midfacial malformation which might be due to hypoplasia of sella turcica region;(2)4.41% had a history of encephalitis or meningitis before the age of 10;(3)The other 88.24% didn't have any determined causes. To explorded the therapeatic effcet of these cases,57 married cases were devided into two groups of Chh and traditional Chinese medicine added Chh,The gestational rate was differentiate (P<0.01)between the two groups.This study showed that these cases should be gived promptly and rational treatment by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine to help resuming the function of sexual axle in the state of clear cause of disease.
