重症脑出血患者早期肠道内营养在降低应激性溃疡发病率中的作用

摘　　要：目的：研究重症高血压脑出血患者早期肠道内营养在降低应激性溃疡发病率中的作用.方法：对106例重症高血压脑出血患者随机分成两组,早期肠道内营养组（EN）53例,早期肠道外营养组（PN）53例,动态观察两组患者体重、白蛋白变化和应激性溃疡发生率.结果：发病12天后EN组与PN组体重、白蛋白降低程度比较无显著差异（P〉0.05）;EN组应激性溃疡发病率低于PN组,分别为 16.98%和24.45%（P〈0.05）.结论：早期EN与PN具有同样的营养价值,但在降低应激溃疡发病率方面明显优于PN组.Purpose ： research serious illness hypertension brain hemorrhage early in the bowel nutrition stress in reducing the incidence of sexual ul- cer. method to 106 ： serious illness hypertensive patients with brain hemorrhage cases randomly divided into two groups, early in the bowel nutrition service （ en ） 53 example, early parasitism nutrition service （ the pn ） 53 example, the dynamic observe the two groups of the albumen and weight, sex. the incidence of an ulcer stress： 12 days after the occurrence of pn team en and weight, lowering the level of the albumen is no significant differences （ p〉0.05） ,En stress incidence of sexual ulcer below pn group, 72.73% and 16.98 24.45 （ p 〈 0.05 ）. conclusion early to the pn ： en as nutritional value, but to reduce the incidence of an ulcer stress evident than pn group.
