浅谈便秘与精神症状的关系

摘　　要：目的：探讨研究便秘与精神症状的关系.方法：对216例各类初入院精神病人分别给予中医泻下、清下等治疗.结果：所有服用中药的病例中精神症状消失,自知力全部恢复,符合痊愈标准者136例;符合显著好转者59例;符合基本好转者18例;无效者3例;总有效率为98.61%,明显优于单纯西医西药的治疗效果.结论：便祕与精神症状的发生、发展密切相关.Objective To study on the relation of the spiritual diseases and the constipation. Melhods The 216 samples who have spiritual symptons were treated by the methods of the rush down and clear, and with chinese traditional medicine and western medicine in addition. Result Chinese traditional medicine is better than western medicine. It was discovered that the spiritual symptoms were cured in 136 samples,it were obviously improved in 59 samples,it were improved in 18 samples. The totle effectiverate of spiritual symptoms is 98.61 %. Conclusion There is close relation between the constipation and spiritual symptom in the mental patients.
