创新文化:深圳成功企业的最重要基因

摘　　要：本文对深圳经济特区成立30年来涌现出的一批成功企业进行深入研究,认为创新文化是深圳企业成功的重要基因。企业家精神、自主创新、管理创新构成深圳成功企业创新文化的重要内容,而政府的制度创新则是成功企业形成创新文化最为重要的助推器。根据此研究结果,本文给出了相关政策建议。The article made a profound analysis on a series of successful enterprises since the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone has been established,leading to a conclusion that innovative culture is an important development mechanism to success.Innovative culture consists of entrepreneur spirit,selfinnovation and innovative management,as well as institutional innovation of the government,which is one of the most important elements.The article figured out several policy suggestions based on these observations.
