摘 要:节能发电调度正在国内试点,尚无统一的模式,也缺乏实用化的支持软件。提出了计及安全约束的发电机组煤耗和网损折算煤耗综合最小的目标函数,并应用改进内点法求解目标函数。据此开发了生成节能发电调度计划的软件支持系统,能实现BPA数据自动导入、外网等值、机组爬坡约束设定、机组多种运行方式设定等多种功能,并能自动生成96点发电计划。在某实际电网运行实践表明,该方法能有效减少综合煤耗,可产生显著的节能减排效益。The energy-saving power generation dispatching is currently being pilot phase interiorly,but there is no uniform model and lack of practical support software.In this paper,a new objective function was presented,which minimizes the coal consumption of generator and the loss-converted coal consumption against the background of security constraints.Moreover,the objective function has been solved by the improved interior point method.Accordingly,a software support system of energy-saving power generation plan has been developped.The software can not only automatically generate the power plans of 96 points,but also have a variety of function,such as automatically import of the BPA data,the equivalent of external network,the set of unit ramp constraints,the set of a variety of unit running ways and so on.The operation of this software support system in an actual power network shows that this method can effectively reduce the comprehensive coal consumption and produce significant benefits of energy-saving and emission-reducing.
