摘 要:在岛津AG-25TA万能试验机平台上,利用自行开发的工装,选用全新轮胎进行了车辆荷载下载重轮胎接地行为的试验研究。结果发现,同样的车辆荷载下,轮胎在刚性路面和柔性路面具有不同的接地面积和接地形状,且在柔性路面上获得较大的接地面积;通过对试验数据的处理,给出了轮胎在不同类型路面接地面积的计算公式和接地形状量化计算公式。With self-design and self-manufactured instruments and Shimadzu AG-25TA universal testing machine,the contact characteristics of new lorry tire is researched experimentally in the paper.It is confirmed that the area and the shape of printer of new lorry tire contact with surface of road are influenced by the type of pavements.It has more area when lorry tires contact with flexible pavements than with rigid pavements under same vehicle load.The area should be calculated with different equations when tire driven on different type pavements.At the same time,by deal with the experimental results,the equations of the area and the way which to numerate the shape of tire's printer are given by the paper too.
