摘　　要：通过对被提取的多个基因片段进行修整、比较、分析以及寻找某个或多个突变位置,进一步确定该突变位置与其所有者身患的疾病之间的关系。Carrying out rectification,comparison and analysis to the genomic fragment that has been extracted and recorded by using data mining technology.The goal is to find the location of mutation and identify the relations between the mutation location and the owner suffering from the disease.
