放免法测定β2-MG联合血清LDH在淋巴瘤患者诊断和治疗监测中的意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨放免法（RIA）测定β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）联合血清乳酸脱氧酶（LDH）对淋巴瘤患者的诊断和治疗意义.方法 对76例淋巴瘤患者和20名正常人分别采用放射免疫分析法和生物化学方法测定血清β2-MG和LDH值.结果 β2-MG值和LDH值淋巴瘤组明显高于正常组,Ⅲ-Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期,化疗后β2-MG值和LDH值明显低于化疗前,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.霍奇金淋巴瘤（HL）患者和非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）患者间差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 血清β2-MG和LDH水平可以作为淋巴瘤患者诊断、临床分期、预后及疗效判断的辅助指标.Objective To study the clinical value of β2-microglobulin（β2-MG） detected by radioimm- unoassay（RIA） and serum lactic dehydrogenase（LDH） in the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma. Method The levels of β2-MG and serum LDH were detected by ILIA and biochemistry method in 76 patients with lymphoma and 20 healthy controls respectively. Result The levels of serum β2-MG and LDH were significantly higher in lymphoma group than in control group,higher in patients with phase Ⅲ-Ⅳ than phase Ⅰ - Ⅱ ,higher in patients after chemotherapy than that before chemotherapy（P〈0.05）.The difference between HL group and NHL group was not significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion β2-MG and LDH could be auxiliary markers to diagnose,classify the phase, and evaluate prognosis and effectiveness in patients with lymphoma.
