摘  要:目的:为了让选择PMMA硬性人工晶体的患者也能达到或接近折叠人工晶体的良好效果,设计了一种新的手术切口。方法:采用角膜内3.0mm长的隧道切口,在植入人工晶体之前,沿角膜切口的两侧向后侧方巩膜扩大隧道,使其形成外口5.5mm的阶梯样隧道。选取病例156例实施该手术,并另设两个对照组:折叠晶体组和巩膜切口组。结果:术后观察,所有术眼切口完全闭合,未发现浅前房及低眼压,术后散光小,视力良好,效果满意。结论:对比发现,改良切口组与折叠晶体组的术后散光无统计学差异,与反眉式巩膜切口有统计学差异。Objective: In order to achieve the similar effect with PMMA intraocular lens(IOL) to that with folded intraocular lens,we design a new incision. Methods: We make a 3. 0 mm incision in cornea for phacoimulsification. Before implanating IOL,we extend the incision into sclera. We have this operation on 156patients and contrast them to other 2groups. Results: After operation,all eyes are completely closed incision without shallow anterior chamber and low intraocular pressure. All eyes gets satisfied effect with little astigmatism and good vision. Conclusions: The improved incision can get the similar effect to folded IOL incision and better effect than sclera incision.
