康复新液与蒙脱石散联用治疗重度放射性口炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察康复新与蒙脱石散联用治疗重度放射性口炎的临床疗效。方法重度放射性口炎患者60例随机分为2组,实验组患者用康复新蒙脱石糊剂治疗,对照组患者用口腔溃疡软膏治疗。采用同样适用时间和次数,进行临床对照观察。结果 2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新蒙脱石糊剂治疗重度放射性口炎的疗效明显,值得临床推广应用,是良好的放疗辅助用药。Objective To study the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution and Smectite in the treatment of serious radiotherapy - induced oral mucositis. Methods A total of 60 patients with serious radiotherapy - induced oral mucositis were divided into two groups randomly. The test group were treated with Kangfuxin solution and Smectite;the control group were treated with oral ulcer ointment in the same frequency. Results The difference of treatment effect between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of Kangfuxin solution and Smectite in the treatment of serious radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis is obvious, and therefore the method is worth spreading.
