摘　　要：卵子库的出现带来了一系列伦理问题,对传统道德观念引发了挑战。回顾了卵子库的建立与相关技术的发展历史,及卵子库在人工辅助生殖技术中的应用价值,并对卵子库面临的主要伦理问题进行了分析讨论,最后为建立卵子库所应采用的伦理原则提出相关建议。The appearance of ovum bank brings a serials of ethical problems, and challenges the traditional moral concept. This article reviews the establishment of ovum bank, the development history of correlation technique, and the application of ovum bank in Artificial Reproductive Technique, and then analyzes and discusses the main ethical problems which ovum bank faced, and finally it also proposes some relevant suggestions of the ethical principal which should be applied in the establishment of ovum bank.
