摘 要:目的探讨骨肉瘤组织中微血管密度(MVD)与骨肉瘤患者预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化技术检测48例骨肉瘤组织标本中的MVD计数,并结合临床及随访资料综合分析患者年龄、发病时间、肿瘤大小、组织亚型、HDMTX化疗以及肿瘤转移与骨肉瘤MVD之间的关系。结果MVD与患者年龄、发病时间、组织亚型及是否化疗无关,但HDMTX明显影响肿瘤微血管的发育成熟,且肿瘤发生转移者的MVD显著高于未发生转移者。结论骨肉瘤组织中的MVD可能影响骨肉瘤患者的预后,HDMTX抑制肿瘤血管发育可能是其能控制肿瘤生长和转移的原因之一。Objective To investigate the prognostic value of microvessel density(MVD) in osteosarcoma. Methods Microvessel quantitation was detected by immunohistochemistry in histological sections from 48 patients with osteosarcoma,and the statistical significance was analysed between MVD and patients age,duration of symptoms,tumor size,pathologic subtype or chemotherapy. Results MVD was significantly higher in the metastatic group than that in nonmetastatic group,and no association was observed between MVD and patients age,duration of symptoms,pathologic subtype or chemotherapy. Although the microvessel quantitation showed no significant difference between the patients with chemotherapy and those without, chemotherapy restrained microvessel from maturity. Conclusion High MVD in osteosarcoma was correlated with poor prognosis, and the microvessel maturity restrained by chemotherapy would be one reason of tumor metastasis.
