摘 要:智能变电站的模拟量采集系统由传统的集中式采样变为分布式采样,需要使用插值算法对来自不同装置的采样值进行同步处理。对常用的零阶插值、一阶插值、三次样条插值算法进行了比较,指出在过采样前提下,一阶线性插值完全可以满足变电站系统的应用需求。从工程实践角度出发,结合《智能变电站继电保护技术规范》,给出插值算法的几种实施方案和细节:跨间隔采样系统中,基于FT3、IEC61850-9-2规约传输的采样值可以借助于插值算法实现数据同步;基于锁相环技术的插值算法可以灵活、可靠地实现智能变电站系统中光纤纵差保护的站间同步;采样值变速率转换过程中,必须采用数字滤波技术以防止频率混叠,推荐采用基于Remez交换算法的有限冲击响应(FIR)滤波器。In smart substation,the analog data acquisition system is changed from centralized to distributed, for which the interpolation algorithms are applied to synchronize the samples from different devices. The interpolation algorithms are compared among zero-order,first-order and cubic spline. The first-order linear interpolation in the condition of over-sampling can fully meet the application requirements of substation system. According to the "Technical Specifications of Protection for Smart Substation" ,some practical implementation schemes of interpolation algorithm are given:FT3-protocol and IEC61850-9-2 protocol based samples from different bays can be synchronized by the interpolation algorithm;samples of fiber differential protection from different smart substations can be flexibly and reliably synchronized by the PLL technology based interpolation algorithm;digital filtering technology should be applied in the sampling rate conversion to prevent the frequency alias. FIR filter based on Remez exchange arithmetic is recommended.
