摘　　要：随着计算机网络技术的发展及医院信息化水平的提高,传统的手工值班管理模式已越来越不适应医院实际工作的需要。利用ASP.NET技术,设计开发了一种基于Web的医院值班管理系统。该系统充分运用ASP.NET提供的数据库连接技术,并运用代码复用及负载均衡的思想,有效实现了医院排班信息的录入、查询、编辑及统计导出等功能,并能对用户的权限进行维护管理。实际应用表明,该系统具有安全性强、执行效率高、可扩展性好等特点。With the development of the network technology and the improvement of the hospital informatization, the traditional manual duty management mode cannot gradually meet the requirements of real work in the hospital. In this paper, we design and develop a web-based hospital duty management system, which utilizes the database connection technology in ASPNET, the code reuse technology and the load balancing mechanism, to imprement such functions as information input, query, edit, export and statics. Moreover, we can apply this system to bring into effect privilegeallocation for users. The real applications show that this system is featured by the characteristics of high security, high efficiency and significant scalability.
