巩膜花瓣状成形羟基磷灰石义眼台植入32例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨巩膜花瓣状成形羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术的手术体会。方法对32例行巩膜花瓣状成形羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术，随访3～18月，观察术后效果。结果32例中1例结膜囊狭窄。均未发现义眼台暴露、脱出及感染等并发症。结论巩膜花瓣状成形羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术术后并发症少，义跟台活动好，手术方便易行、疗效较可靠.Objective To assess the clinical effect and the experience of the Hydroxyapatie （HA） orbital plant in the reconstruction of the aopthalmia Methods A retrospective analysis of 32 patients received Hydroxyapatie （HA） implant into palatine sclem after evisceration. Results The mean follow-up time for 32 patients was 10 months （ranged 3 to 18 months）. There was no case of conjtmctiva dehiscence, implant exposure, implant extrusion or orbital cellutites. There was one case of conjunctive sac narrow. Conclusions The Hydroxyapatie （HA） orbital implant provide excellent motility of the artificial eye and good cosmoses with a low rate of complications, It is suggested that Hydroxyapatie （HA） orbital implant is convenient and safe, the curative effect is trustworthy.
